InAlias Self-Registration
Users register to access the WebNative® asset management site via a standard web form. Requests are submitted once the client provides a username, password and email address. The accounts are created automatically and a confirmation email is immediately sent to the user. Creating users for WebNative® has never been so fast, efficient and easy! •
NEW InAlias Enhanced login services
The Login services makes it easy to create a form-based login page for WebNative. The InAlias login page can be customized and is an excellent landing page for a WebNative site. As an added benifit, the user will no longer need to see the browser authentication popup window. It is also possible to create automatic login links that takes the user right into WebNative authenticating using a predefined account name and password. This solution is ideal when creating single sign-on solutions for WebNative sites accessed from other sites protected by a login.
InAlias Password Retrieval
In today's busy world we are required to remember an overwhelming number of pin codes and passwords! InAlias has the option to include a password security question upon user registration. Can't remember your password? Simply provide your username, answer the security question and your password is quickly retrieved and sent to you once again via email.
InAlias Account Approvals
Some sites may require the option to create new accounts pending approval from the site's administrator. When the user submits the web form the designated administrator receives an email notification. The administrator's one-click confirmation triggers the creation of the account, minimizing administrative work and granting the web customer immediate access to the system. More control with just one click!
NEW InAlias expiring accounts
In InAlias a site can be created where all the requested and created accounts have a specific lifetime. When the lifetime has expired, the account is automatically blocked from further logins. From the enhanced administrations utility it is now possible to get an overview over an InAlias site. The admin can see all the users created in the site along with status like expired. It is possible to lock, unlock and delete users from the interface
InAlias in Disguise
With InAlias you can host multiple sites on the same WebNative® server. The interface is built around standard HTML templates. It's very easy to customize, so brand it up!
